MEDIA MARKET merges
Dear partners,
please note that T-Service CZ s.r.o. merged with MEDIA MARKET s.r.o. on 1 October 2008. Under this merger, T-Service CZ s.r.o. is the company being acquired and MEDIA MARKET s.r.o. is the acquiring company, and as such assumes all the obligations and responsibilities of T-Service CZ s.r.o.
The main objectives of the merger were to strengthen the market position, concentrate human and financial resources, expand the range of language combinations and products, and reduce overhead costs. We now have a greater number of translators and can provide a wider range of languages and products, including sworn translations and interpreting.
MEDIA MARKET merges
Two major translation agencies operating on the Czech market, MEDIA MARKET s.r.o. and T-CZ Service s.r.o., merged on 1 October 2008.
ISO 9001 compliance
On 26 May 2009, MEDIA MARKET s.r.o. fulfilled the conditions of the re-audit required under ISO 9001.
