How orders are processed
1. Based on your inquiry, we will prepare a preliminary quote or a binding price offer (if you provide us with the source text for calculation purposes), including the delivery time.
2. We will accept your order (via Internet, by fax, e-mail, or mail, or in person), confirm its receipt, including the price and delivery time, and assign a project manager to your job.
3. Based on the type and language of the document to be translated, we will select a suitable translator/interpreter and assign your project to him/her.
4. The translator will complete your translation.
5. We will send you the translated text (by fax, e-mail, mail, and courier or in person) in electronic form and optionally on CD or DVD..
If required, we will prepare a specific calculation, taking into account the use of translation software, quantity discount, discount for repetitions, etc.
