Shortly after the new ISO 17000 standard for translation services was announced, which replaced the older EN 15038 standard, we decided to obtain this certification. We combined its rules with the rules of ISO 9001 and implemented an Integrated Management System that guarantees the quality of our services. We have strict criteria for translator and proofreader qualifications, and all results are subjected to independent checks. We don’t work with amateurs and we don’t use machine translation. We follow five basic values in all we do.
